– Leah Ellis, CEO & Co-Founder, Sublime Systems
Freudenheim Partners successfully represented Sublime Systems in securing a 16-acre land lease in the Flats neighborhood of Holyoke, MA. This transaction marks a major step in Sublime’s mission to decarbonize cement manufacturing. With production expected to begin in 2026, the Holyoke facility will produce tens of thousands of tons annually using a “true zero” process that avoids both fossil fuels and limestone decomposition, the primary sources of carbon emissions in traditional cement.
