With over 32 years of industry experience, Anthony’s primary focus is on small to middle market transactions involving land, industrial, office and retail properties.
Prior to joining FP in 2022, Anthony owned & operated Peak Real Estate Partners, a boutique commercial real estate firm specializing in investment sales of all assets. Overall, Anthony has been involved in transactions totaling more than $3 billion.
Rob Rudnick
CFO
Rob has over 28 years of experience in the commercial real estate banking industry involving more than $5 billion worth of commercial property. He serves on the Board of Directors of Rincon Development in addition to serving as the CFO for both Rincon Management Company and Rincon Capital. Rob has a B.A. from the University of Connecticut and earned his M.B.A. from the BU Questrom School of Management.
Christopher Rogers

With over 37 years in commercial real estate, Chris has extensive experience in leasing and sales throughout downtown Boston, Back Bay, and Cambridge. His work with both for-profit companies and nonprofit institutions has given him a strong understanding of the different challenges and objectives each client faces.
Christiaan Bosse
Associate
Christiaan is focused on leasing and investment sales in the downtown and suburban markets of greater Boston.
Christiaan graduated with honors in Economics and minored in Finance from Tufts University in 2023. After spending the previous two summers (2021 & 2022) interning with Freudenheim Partners, he joined the company as an associate in June 2023.

With more than 25 years of experience, Ellie specializes in tenant representation in the downtown Boston and Cambridge markets. She is known for building lasting client relationships through creative problem-solving, thoughtful advisory, and timely market insight. Nima Sanchez
Director of Marketing
With over 17 years of experience, Nima is responsible for the marketing, communication and research efforts of the firm. In addition to strategic business development efforts, she directs media relations, branding, advertising and website development. She manages and oversees the companies Salesforce database, sponsorships, events, and more.
